Photo judging of the 2023 BHS Mum Festival Photo Contest will be done by a jury of local professional photographers, but on Saturday, September 23rd YOU will also have the opportunity to vote for your favorite photo for our People’s Choice award!

Awards will be presented Sunday, September 24th at 12 noon.
